Optional digital sharing lets guests take the artwork with them online as well as in hand, so a single portrait becomes both a keepsake and a social post.
Engagement and lead capture, with consent
We can stage a consent-based QR opt-in or short form at the head of the line, using copy and a privacy flow you approve in advance. Attendees register while they wait, so your team spends its time in conversation rather than badge-scanning, and you leave with a clean list plus activation counts you can report internally.

How many attendees can we engage?
Plan around 40–60 portrait cards per hour per bot. Selected art style, group portraits and guest flow all affect output, so a two-bot, three-hour activation is quoted conservatively as up to 300+ cards.
Can the keepsake carry our branding?
Yes. Logo, brand colors, frame, campaign message, hashtag and call to action are designed into the card and approved by you before the event.
Can we capture leads at the activation?
