AI Sketchbot for Trade Shows

Booth traffic is a queue problem. A robotic artist drawing attendees live creates the line — and every finished card leaves the hall carrying your logo.

Why it out-pulls swag

Attendees walk past thousands of pens and tote bags. They stop for movement and novelty. A sketchbot gives them both, then rewards the stop with something personal they won't leave in the hotel room.

Plan on 40–60 cards per hour per bot. A two-day show with one bot typically produces several hundred conversations you would otherwise have to chase down the aisle.

Lead capture that doesn't feel like lead capture

We stage a QR opt-in or short form at the head of the line. Attendees register while they wait for their portrait, so your team spends its time talking instead of badge-scanning.

Fits a 10x10

One bot needs roughly a 6' x 6' footprint plus queue space, and one standard 110V drop. Add the live-view TV to pull eyes from across the aisle, and a branded tablecloth so the whole footprint reads as your booth.

Questions people ask

How much booth space does a sketchbot need?

About 6' x 6' per bot for the machine and table, plus a few feet of queue space. It fits comfortably in a 10x10 with room for your team.

Do you run for full show-floor hours?

Yes. We staff the activation for the hours you book, including multi-day shows, and we handle load-in and teardown around the show's schedule.

Does it need convention-center Wi-Fi?

No. The bots run on local hardware, so you don't need to buy expensive show-floor internet. One 110V electrical drop is all we require.

How many leads should we expect?

It depends on traffic and hours, but at 40–60 portraits per hour per bot, most exhibitors see a queue that runs continuously through peak floor hours.
