AI SketchBot Rental in Tampa & St. Petersburg
Turn attendees into the art. A robotic artist draws personalized, brand-ready keepsakes live — plan on roughly 40–60 cards per hour per bot, depending on the style you choose and guest flow.

Tampa Bay venues we plan around
Downtown convention and ballroom activations at the Tampa Convention Center and Amalie Arena club spaces, hotel receptions at the JW Marriott Water Street, Hilton Tampa Downtown and Vinoy Renaissance in St. Pete, waterfront weddings around Davis Islands, Clearwater Beach and Sarasota, plus museum-style events at the Dalí and the Florida Aquarium.
Each of those has a different load-in reality — dock windows downtown, elevator-only access at boutique venues, salt and wind on the beach. We confirm footprint, power and load-in per venue before the contract is signed.
Industries that book us here
Tampa Bay's mix is healthcare and medical device conferences, financial services and insurance, marine and logistics, sports and hospitality sponsorships, and university events across USF and UT. Corporate teams use the bots as a booth magnet with branded cards; social clients use them as the favor guests actually keep.
Capacity, space and power
Allow about 6×6 feet per bot and access to standard 110V power. Plan around 40–60 portrait cards per hour per bot; a two-bot, three-hour activation typically lands in the 240–360 card range, so we quote conservatively as "up to 300+" and size the configuration to your expected guest flow.
Local processing means the activation does not depend on venue Wi-Fi — useful when show-floor internet is expensive or unreliable.
