How many attendees can you handle per hour?
Each bot averages 40–60 cards per hour. For receptions over about 150 attendees we recommend two bots so the line stays under a few minutes.
Can the experience capture leads?
Optional QR capture can be configured with explicit consent and a client-approved privacy flow, so attendees register while they wait, then walk away with a branded card that keeps your name in their hand past every other booth.
What do you need from the venue?
A 6' x 6' footprint per bot, one standard 110V outlet within 25 feet, and load-in access. Wi-Fi is helpful but not required.
Do you invoice through a company and provide a contract?
Yes. Every corporate booking is confirmed with a written agreement and invoice, and we can supply insurance documentation on request.
