Convention-floor ready
Orlando's convention corridor and Tampa's downtown venues mean union load-in rules, tight dock windows, and expensive show-floor internet. We plan for all three: a 6' x 6' footprint per bot, one 110V drop, and zero Wi-Fi dependency because the bots run on local hardware.
For multi-day shows we staff the activation for full floor hours and reset overnight so you open with a working queue.
Resort weddings and group events
Lake Buena Vista and Kissimmee resort weddings, association galas, and incentive-trip receptions all get the same benefit: an activation guests film, plus a personalized card that survives the flight home instead of the hotel trash.
Travel and scheduling
We're based in South Florida and travel to Orlando and Tampa regularly; travel is quoted transparently up front with no surprises. Convention-season dates and Saturday weddings should be reserved 4–8 months in advance.

Yes, regularly. Travel is quoted up front as part of your proposal so there are no surprise charges.
Can you cover a multi-day convention?
Yes. We staff full show-floor hours for each day, handle load-in and teardown around the show schedule, and reset supplies overnight.
Do you need show-floor internet?
No. The bots run on local hardware, so you can skip the convention center's internet package. One standard 110V drop is enough.
How many portraits per hour should we plan for?
40–60 per hour per bot. Two bots roughly double throughput and are the right call for high-traffic general sessions or receptions over 150 people.
